Phase 1 - Prime Your Body For Weight Loss

Your hormones dictate everything, from fat distribution to your body’s ability to access energy. To successfully transform your body, it is essential to firstly focus on balancing key hormones in your body to get your metabolism firing. We’ll do this by…

  • Focussing on stress reduction - by lowering your cortisol you’ll naturally drop weight and feel more energised.
  • Gaining an understanding of your body, the way it works and how cyclical stages will influence your journey.
  • Balancing your hormone (insulin) using specific exercise and nutrition protocols so you feel less stressed, less hungry whilst comfortably entering into the fat loss zone.
  • Exploring and implementing safeguards in your life that help you stay on track alongside busy working weeks and family life.
  • Resetting your current relationship with food - this will help you feel less overwhelmed, more motivated and in control of your food choices.

Phase 2 - Focus On Sustained Weight Loss

The focus now is all on sustainable weight loss whilst supporting you to continue to maintain a fulfilling lifestyle. Lifelong success is only possible when everything seamlessly fits into your life.

  • You’ll maintain a comfortable deficit whilst eating a menu which is fully created uniquely for you which works alongside your working day, family dynamic and social life.
  • Your coach will be working in unison with you to develop your exercise routine week on week.
  • We will be on call to you. If you are heading for a work lunch and need guidance on the menu, we are on it! If you have been triggered on a Thursday afternoon and a desire to self sabotage kicks in, we are by your side to realign you.
  • Our promise is to utilise every moment spent in the ‘weight loss zone’ to your best advantage, therefore we will audit and adjust your programme as frequently as needed to make sure we are seeing consistent week on week results.
  • Whilst your body is visually changing we will provide you with the education and knowledge of how to sustain your results via your hormones, nutrition, sleep and wellbeing inside expert led webinar sessions.
  • You’ll learn a life without restriction. A life where you can embrace and enjoy losing inches without having to give up your social life or sell your soul to hours of cooking or exercise.

Is FitQueen worldwide?

Yes, we partner with women from all over the world including Singapore, USA, Canada, Malaysia, Middle East and Europe . We work on various time zones and are committed to creating your programme based on your environment and food accessibility in your location.  

How is this programme different from other weight loss programmes?

Unlike most virtual weight loss coaching, we specialise in working with hormones, your relationship with food, and creating a custom plan for your unique lifestyle, stage of life, and desires. We work from the inside out to sustain your weight loss for life.  

You say you work with hormones, how does that work?

Weight loss isn’t a simple equation of eating less and moving more. Three key hormones dictate your weight loss success which we are specifically focussed on:
Stress hormone (Cortisol)
Your hunger hormone (Grehlin and Leptin)
Your blood sugar hormone (Insulin)

These three hormones hold the key to your metabolism, behaviours around food, and energy levels, which all determine your weight loss success. We need to understand your current hormonal status to create a programme that focuses on balancing these key hormones moving forward IF you want to lose weight and keep it off. But more importantly, so that you feel great in your body and around food.

What's the nutrition like? Is it calorie counting?

Our goal is to ensure the nutrition recommendations fit your lifestyle and those you enjoy. We also want to support you in taking the guesswork out of this, so we regroup every 7 days to assess what you have coming up in your social diary and factor this into your nutritional plans for the week ahead so you can remain on track whilst still having up most flexibility with socialising and work commitments.


Obviously, changes need to happen, but we map out all of your eating for the week and use different ways of implementing this into your lifestyle with a combination of meal plans made from scratch and foods you can access on the go.


These are hyper-personalised to your food preferences and time and food accessibility. To give you an idea of the bespoke level of programming we factor in things like deliveroo/ubereats takeout options and food eateries within a 1-mile radius of your office and birthday cake on your child’s birthday  

Is it fully online?

Yes, by being fully online we can be in contact with you daily which enables us to support you in the moments you really need us. This also enables us to be on hand to navigate food choices and guide with your workouts wherever you are in the world.  

How long is the coaching experience?

We work with women for different lengths of time dependant on their unique goals ranging between 3 to 12 months. Once we've explored your goals via your consultation call we can provide guidance on the time frame we will need to get you to where you want to be.

How much time will this require each week?

Your plan will be personalised to you therefore it is our job to make sure it fits into your week. We will use short but effective 20-30 minute workouts 3-4 times per week combined with tasty but quick recipes/order in foods. You will be expected to prioritise 30 minutes a week for your check in which is a non negotiable for us to be able to do our job and effectively guide you.  

How does the exercise work?

We will study your week to see how much time you have, what equipment you have access to and most importantly what exercise you actually enjoy. We will then create your bespoke fitness regime to meet your personal requirements whilst also making sure they are hormone friendly and supportive to your composition goals.
