"Hello! I'm Caroline, a 43-year-old personal trainer with over 14 years of experience.
I love helping women transform their lives by building body confidence, mental and physical strength, and longevity through sustainable lifestyle changes.
In school and university, exercise wasn't my thing. In fact, I really didn't enjoy training until I discovered activities I loved and that made me feel good. Now, I enjoy daily dog walks, strength training, hiking, weekly boxing sessions, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, and I used to run 10ks and half marathons.
As I approached my 40s, I began to appreciate the benefits of movement, specific training, and nutrition for both my physical and mental well-being and that of my clients. This inspired me to dive deep into the journey through perimenopause and menopause, leading me to embark on the GGS Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification.
If we take care of our bodies now, they'll take care of us later in life."
