No matter how many diets I tried—each promising a quick fix—I only felt further from the woman I wanted to be.
Frustrated, I turned my focus inward. I immersed myself in understanding hormones, nutrition, and psychology, determined to find inner peace. Through hard work and a shift in mindset, I lost 80lbs, balanced my hormones, and, for the first time in years, healed my relationship with food.
Now, I’m deeply passionate about helping other women rewrite their own stories. I want to show you that it’s possible to achieve your health and wellness goals in harmony with real life."
