Unlike other weight loss coaches, I did not start out "in shape".
At age 22 I was 5 stone overweight and diagnosed post-menopausal with PCOS and hypothyroidism.
Because of this I know firsthand what it’s like to live in a body which doesn't feel like your own.
After a decade long battle I finally found the key to managing my hormones and losing the weight for good.
Since then my fabulous team and I have guided over 1000 women to create a body they love whilst learning a forever, healthier way of living which fits into their busy lives.
