One of our key values is to create a menu of foods which enables you to lose weight but most importantly whilst being able to sit around the table and eat inclusively with your family. We do this by exploring the types of meals your family like to eat to then create meal plans including recipe based meals we know will be a hit (pasta's, curries, burgers, fajitas, lasagne etc).
