We focus on giving you mindset coaching through NLP, hypnosis and CBT so you have the strength and guidance to let go of self sabotaging behaviours and stay accountable to fulfilling your dream of achieving the weight loss you desire.
The biggest reason diets fail is because they are generic and there is no support. At FQ we only work with women on a 1:1 basis. This means your plans will be personalised to you whilst having your own coach on the end of the phone to guide you everyday of your journey.
